We’re trying something different for 2012 for our bridal makeup trials so I am looking forward to your feedback on this one!! I was recently contacted by one of my clients about a trial for her July 2012 wedding and she is all about color!! I first met Ms K back in early fall for her shoot boudoir shoot at Dollface Studio and with those beautiful green eyes color is her friend! This is a refreshing twist as most of our clients lately have opted for more natural looks but not Ms. K she wants fab color for her big day.
To achieve this fab purple look I used a mix of MAC and Makeup Forever purples to give Ms K the look she desired, and for flawless skin of course airbrush foundation was the only way to go!! For the lashes since it was the holidays I decided to have a little fun with them but for the actual ceremony they will be a lot more natural. Also be sure to check out Ms K’s shoot with Dollface!!

So excited to have our first feature of 2012 so early in the year and its all thanks to the creative mind of Maria Mack from Maria Mack Photography. Maria came to me about doing 1930′s inspired hair and makeup for an engagement shoot back in the summer and when we first did the shoot I had no idea it would come out so stunning!! From the vintage car to shooting Philly’s uber chic Randstead room this was a shoot that will always be one of my favs!! Be sure to checkout the featured post and check out Maria as well!! Until next time B Beautiful everyone!!!
